Mac Marney installed the comfort cooling within this listed building. The mini VRF system complies with the corporate model of all William Hill units. This consists of two cassettes in the shop area and a single cassette in the kiosk.
As the building is locally listed and has a separate occupant on the other floors, the installation required careful planning to minimise any disruption and consideration of a suitable location for the condenser unit which would not cause any issues with noise.
